To help you see yourself in the way that you know you can be, with confidence, appreciation and motivation - while developing the best skills to support you. To help you see beyond the limiting beliefs and constraints of past trauma (emotional and/or physical abuse, hate/discrimination, chronic illness/disability).
As a trauma-informed coach and survivor myself, I’ve learned that the skills and strengths that help you survive your trauma are the same strengths that make you the leader that you are and are becoming (i.e. you are indeed enough).

As a trauma survivor myself, here's what I know:
- You struggle to see yourself for who you really are and what you bring to the table
- You think of yourself as “less than” compared to everyone else, and you sometimes feel like you're invisible
- You settle for less than what you need and deserve, and you may be the target of bullying
- You experience frustration and even harm in conversations with people who don’t understand trauma
- You downplay and hide your strengths and uniqueness in order to stay safe
- You take on more than your fair share of responsibility
- You find yourself in environments where you can’t truly thrive
- You may find it difficult to trust others, and become suspicious quickly
- You ignore or dismiss your own thoughts that “this isn’t right”
- You lack confidence in your career and leadership development (but are no less motivated & may even struggle with workaholism)
- You beat yourself up endlessly for your “mistakes” and may have perfectionist tendencies
